Yummy Raw Recipe - Healthy and Easy!

Well, since I started a weight loss challenge might as well share my favorite raw recipe with LaMamaNaturale, and I found two videos that are basically similar to what I do...

First, you need to sprout your grains:

Then, the fun part begin...

I do some things differently like soaking oats longer and also use wheat berries. I do use brazil nuts instead of almonds, because they are cheaper! Also raw cacao to the mix before adding the liquid ingredients. I gotta have my chocolate sometimes :-)

For storage, I use huge mason jars since I make big amounts of gRAWnola everytime I make it - it's basically a 2 day process so might as well make huge batches of it...
